Create a [Desired number of questions] question,
[Select either Multiple-Choice or True or False], type quiz about [Specify the quiz topic being as detailed as possible].
There should be [Insert desired number of potential answers, maximum six] possible answers for each question but only one correct answer.
Please present the quiz in a tabular format.
There should be a row for each question.
The pipe symbol "|" should separate the columns.
[If Multiple-Choice type quiz] there should be [Desired number of question plus 2] columns, i.e., Question, Option A, Option B, Option C, Option D, Answer [If number of potential answers is 6 then add Option E and Option F resulting in 8 columns]
